Day 01

Bogota

Arrive in Bogota, El Dorado airport and driven by private transfer to your hotel for your first taste of Colombia

Day 02

Bogota – Breakfast included

Half day guided walking tour of La Candelaria, Bogota’s historic centre. Understand the history, geography and politic’s of Colombia’s capital.

Day 03

Bogota to Zipaquira to Villa de Leyva – Breakfast included

Private transfer to Zipaquira to visit the Salt Cathedral. The cathedral is built underground in the old salt mines, carved out of the salt. An important religious spot for Colombian’s as well as an impressive landmark. Then continue onto Villa de Leyva. A real gem with its traditional colonial architecture, beautiful landscapes and delicious cakes.

Day 04

Villa de Leyva – Breakfast included

Half day guided walking tour. The tour will take you through the delightful streets of Villa de Leyva where the history and atmosphere has been impressively preserved.

Day 05

Villa de Leyva to Bogota to Cartagena – Breakfast included

Private transfer to Bogota airport to catch a flight to Cartagena, Colombia’s jewel. Colourful architecture, fine restaurants and history awaits you here.

Day 06

Cartagena – Breakfast included

Half day private city tour. Enjoy the elegance, colour, history, cuisine, cocktails and Caribbean of this marvellous city.
